Luna Services can provide a Integrator on-site to help you with your hardware, software and application issues.
Once on-site, the integrator will:
- focus on the diagnosing your problem(s)
- recommend a course of action
- attempt to find a fix or work-around as quickly as possible
If a fix or work-around is not possible on-site, the Integrator will return to our office and use the internal resources, online support, or product support to resolve the issue(s) and then deploy the result to you.
You may also schedule a visit from a Integrator to offer consultation and advise for an upcoming project, upgrade, in your business development. New clients can take advantage of our Free Initial consultation to get advise and a plan of action for their IT needs and issues.

Luna Services can offer remote online technical support at a reduced rate.
Once online with on of our Integrators we can take control of the PC(s) that you are having the issues with. We will follow the exact same path of troubleshooting and resolution as best as possible.

Luna Services can offer emergency after hours support at a higher rate. When you need technical support on the weekends and holidays and no one else is availible. You can call Luna Services or open a trouble ticket with our online system stating the emergency nature. Once we recieve the notice we attempt to provide support to you online or onsite. |
